These Terms govern your use of the TrityMed mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Raeye Children Aid, INC (“TrityMed”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What TrityMed is — and what it is not
TrityMed is a software platform that healthcare organizations license to manage appointments, patient communication, clinical records, and day-to-day operations. Organizations connect their patients and staff to the platform using an organization code.
TrityMed is not a healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or deliver treatment. All clinical care, medical decisions, and the content of your medical records are the responsibility of the healthcare organization treating you. Any clinical information you see in the app was entered by that organization, not by us.
TrityMed is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on in-app messaging, emergency requests, or ambulance features to summon urgent help; they depend on network connectivity and on staff availability at your organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create your own account. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a minor and is responsible for all use of that account.
To use the Service, your healthcare organization must have an active TrityMed licence and must give you an organization code or invitation. Staff accounts may additionally require approval by an administrator at your organization before they become active.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at tessemat@ttechnos.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access another person's account or records.
- Use the Service to transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or deliberately false content.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security, authentication, or access controls of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the Service to provide a competing product, or resell access without our written agreement.
- Upload malicious code or anything that could damage the Service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules, with notice where practicable.
4. Your content and your medical records
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and to make it available to your healthcare organization.
Your medical records are controlled by your healthcare organization, not by us. They determine who at the organization may access them and how long they are kept, and they are responsible for their accuracy. Requests to view, correct, or delete a medical record must go to your organization. We cannot alter clinical records on your request.
If you delete your TrityMed account, your login and profile are removed from our systems, but your organization's medical records about you remain with that organization under their legal retention obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Organization-specific features
The features available to you depend on which modules your healthcare organization has enabled and on your assigned role. Features described in our marketing materials, App Store listing, or documentation may not be available at your organization. We are not responsible for an organization's decision to enable, disable, or configure any feature.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, including network and third-party provider failures.
For technical problems with the app, contact tessemat@ttechnos.com. For questions about your care, appointments, or records, contact your healthcare organization.
7. Fees
Healthcare organizations pay for the Service under a separate licence agreement with us. Patients are not charged by TrityMed for using the app. Any fees for medical services are set and billed by your healthcare organization, not by us. Standard carrier data charges may apply.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, and the TrityMed name and logo — is owned by Raeye Children Aid, INC and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app. No other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or clinical suitability of information entered by your healthcare organization. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, and nothing in the Service replaces professional clinical judgement or an in-person consultation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of your healthcare organization, including clinical decisions, the accuracy of records, missed or cancelled appointments, or any aspect of the care you receive.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your healthcare organization's licence ends, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
